      * Good monitors and chairs. They now pay for IntelliJ as well * Quiet environment * Relaxed environment

      Cons

      * Little structure * No deadlines * No code guidelines * Product relies on archaic and brittle code * Salary (at least when I joined, I hear it's better now)

      Great culture, lovely product, super smart colleagues and you get to work with some very impactful companies.

      There is a lack of positive feedback and collating with other teams can be very difficult
