Despicable work environment and an upfront hatred towards their employees - Customer Support DotMappers IT Employee Review

This organizational has truly been an eye opener for me- it was my very own corporate 'Good Luck Chuck'. Once you serve your time here, you come to appreciate not only your next company, but also all the companies you have worked with in your past. From really bad management to cockroaches in your keyboard and drawers, my professional experience in this company was the worst of my life, bar none. The management is immature with an extremely narrow outlook. You are expected to spend 9 hours in a box. These include your coffee and luck time as well, which by the way you are not allowed to have inside the box (go figure). You are constantly monitored with cameras placed literally on your neck. No phones allowed, which is understandable due to security issues. However, this rule is not applicable to the hr and admin team as they are more trustworthy employees than the rest. Appraisals are based on how well you adhere to their behaviour requirements, and not on your work performance No phones allowed If you don't complete 8.30 hours at your desk, it's a LOP automatically Lunch breaks should not be more than 30 minutes No frequent bathroom breaks And seriously, I mean SERIOUSLY- Do Not Speak Your Mind Here
