Pros
- working remotely - at first (approx. 1 year), the money was worth it, and working OT was rewarded with better commissions.
Cons
- micromanagement - unrealistic targets - toxic working environment - very individualistic team - a lot of unnecessary meetings just for the sake of justifying some positions in the company - lack of responsibility from the team members - no other benefits - a lot of personal biases, so no real growth opportunity - you either suck up or be left out.
