- Big difference beetween what is said and what is done. Money talks, unrealistic deadlines, communication breakdowns - No trust, a lot of second guessing coworkers - Boy’s club vibes - If you’re a woman, don’t expect to be taken seriously or be invited to the inofficial lunch meetings - Lack of vision and clear goals, messy - Horrible culture full of blame games and talk in the corridors - very little honest feedback - The best people escapes this place quickly, Doro has issues retaining staff, even consultants - Lots of managers, only a handfull of leaders

There are no pros I can speak of

No proper training or support whilst learning the job. Management from team leaders upwards will not communicate or feedback performance and are totally incompetent in people management. Bullying and blaming culture rife and total lack of support from management. They are very good at presenting themselves and saying the right things but in reality they lack any empathy or sincerity towards their staff. Culture of call handlers making fun of their customers and nepotism that starts from the top. Worst company I have ever worked for
