      Pros

      Fun environment if you love the beverage industry. Good products. You have more control over your schedule. Good as a first job in the industry so you can learn what works and what doesn't.

      Cons

      Family run company. Owners and their progeny take the high volume accounts. Archaic inventory system. Company had poor reputation with the accounts you deal with. Constant stock and delivery issues.

      Pros

      As a sales associate you really get to be in charge of your business. There’s no micromanaging which is really nice so there’s some flexibility in how you work and when you work. Really strong, legendary products in their portfolio.

      Cons

      Although the brands have legendary history many are unknown and so you really have to bring your sales game.

      Co-workers were nice. Very on your own type job which was a plus for me. Family run company.

      Not much training and can feel lost because they just throw you in there.
