      Pros

      A mix of cultures encourages diversity. People are enthusiastic and work hard. Sometimes work and life balance is hard to be sought, especially during AOP season.

      Cons

      Frequent management and organization changes happen. Also, it still has too much reporting and repeated work requests from various departments.
