Pros
Doosan is very good company to work because I learned so many things from here. They give a lot of scope & facility to built an employee for their work. This is a Korean Company, you can learn technically so many things for your future.
Cons
Management in Doosan is very bad here. I worked in Doosan with my best effort. I completed my job, Construction work in Instrument & Control division in GMR 685 MW power plant in raipur within 8 months, but after that they didn't give me any other opportunity. Because they don't have any other project to transfer the employee. They said me if you can finish your work fast then you will be reallocated at Vietnam. But when work finished they said we have no work now.
