Company is Good in terms of Learning new things, ERP, Cool and friendly environment, 5 days week and good personal & professional life balance.
Cons
There is no comperision of salary Package between 2 persons in same department. Also, the workload in not comparable between the two. Company is going through tough financial time so forget about increments and promotion.
