      Pros

      Staff is wonderful and supportive of one another. Owner is very involved in day to day intervention and available for supervision and questions always. Passionate about helping and providing good solid clinical care.

      Cons

      A lot of high acuity clients abs big case loads leads to burnout. Very fast paced environment with high documentation needs.

      Coworkers are great people Day Hours Good Pto earnings

      Cons

      Emergency housing is not ran right. The supervisor is an African American women and has attitude. A lot of micro management. The supervisor doesn’t want you to take off or use pto and picks on certain coworkers. They listen to supervisors before they listen to you to see facts. Expect over what u can provide in a 90 days range. Supervisor has a heavy workload so she will put her frustrations on you. Things change daily and then it falls on you when they don’t remember what they told you.
