Hybrid work, flexible WFH if you need it generous PTO, generally nice place to work, decent pay.

Lacks direction, poor communication, health benefits are not very good, bonus structure is very confusing and not very good.

The location of the job, they offer one day home-office option mostly. The work environment is really nice, having less hirarchies and burocracy. Good to have some company benefits, could have been more.

Salary is well but could have been better, there is no bonuses which makes it even worse. Most of other companies provide 13 months salary but it is not an option here. No Job tickets, no space for having a break during the work.
