      Lots of experience and opportunities to apply a diverse skill set to various projects including lean, time studies, quality and process improvement.

      Cons

      Hard to get management buy in, and management is also very ambiguous on what goals they desire. Also felt that the environment was high stress.

      Most of the people who work there are nice and welcoming.

      Cons

      The Leads don’t do anything, they are completely useless and a waste of pay. No pay raises ever.
