Expect to work long days and put up with a micromanagement. Prepare to have to listen to others be reminded who pays their salary. Every day you are expected to produce a video where you discuss interesting things that have come up during the day: if you don't have much to say and show or if it is too technical, the CEO and owner may shame you in group video chats. The people who have been at the company the longest have learned never to speak during meetings with the CEO, and you will likely have to listen to him compare himself, the products and the company to Apple, the iPhone, Elon Musk, and more. ALL the developers and other technical people were men - I wonder why.
