Doodad services their customers well and maintains long term relationships through great customer service, excellent pricing, quick turnaround and quality printing. There is a lot of autonomy on the shop floor and management trusts employees to make the decisions that affect quality and productivity. In today's economy where a lot of mid size companies are failing, doodad is always looking for ways to grow the business. Although 12 hour shifts make a long day, the schedules are flexible and allow plenty of days off for family life etc.... Benefits and pay are competitive.
Cons
It can get pretty warm in the manufacturing plant during the summer but that is not unusual for a lot of printshops.
