      Easy work, no challenging/meaningful work since most of it is support, staff augmentation

      Cons

      Horrible benefits, slightly better than no benefits. Clients have no respect for you. During COVID everyone got 25% haircut and those not generating revenue were quickly let go. No loyalty whatsoever! Current employees were asked to write warm and fuzzy Glassdoor reviews. Thus all these 5 star reviews. I almost threw up when I saw them.

      Broken, experimental, ever changing processes. Favoritism. Constant criticism, stressful work environment. Pin the blame culture. Toxic leadership - top down.
