Pros
There is nothing much to say. Very good work life balance. Haven for people who knows how to talk, but not knows how to work.
Cons
lack of career growth. The annual raises are so low that it is a jock. The pay discrepancy between a lazy employee who is doing the minimum vs. another employee who goes above and beyond is so minimal that it's not worth the effort to work hard. In the long run, the company is filled with lazy people who can't get a job elsewhere.
