      Pros

      There was always a good work life balance, and it was a quality that the company valued. Location was great, office space was good. I had some great, smart co-workers and managers over the years.

      Cons

      Management changes really rocked the solid heart that the company had for so many years. It was no longer a great place to work. People didn't matter any more, no matter what was being said. The actions were much more obvious. The firings and lay-offs were carried out in a horrible way & below the standards MD had carried for so long.

      Pros

      The work/life balance really is great. The location is amazing with the restaurants, shopping and nightlife-happy hours. Socially and for mental health and sanity, being around good people is a big plus. Flexible hours for start time and lunch time.

      Cons

      Salary. How can a company with such dominance in the workplace not pay their employees at least the standard. (Which you find out what that is by talking to ex-employees working elsewhere, OR recruiters when searching for a new job) . "more for less". I say, how about "more for more". When employees feel valued, they will give more, without question. Each person will have their own laundry lists of problems. It really comes down to which team you work on, the managers, their style and the work you do...or don't.
