Any employee's ideas can have a voice in the company that grows substantially each year. I enjoy that it's not the end of the world if I am 5 minutes late or need to take off sick a day unlike past jobs where you end up treated like a child late for school. I have been rewarded for my hard work at every turn and enjoy being a part of what the company becomes until the day that I decide to leave. There's a lot of funny people in the office but no one that slacks off and can't self manage.
Cons
I have one of the longest drives to work.A lot of great ideas have been put on hold and forgotten because they take 10 hours compared to the current objective that takes 10 weeks.
