Pros

•A few supportive coworkers who genuinely try to do their jobs. •Occasional opportunities to learn new skills, but often overshadowed by internal issues.

Cons

•Rampant favoritism: Certain employees are clearly favored regardless of performance, while others are overlooked or targeted without cause. •Incompetent management: Leadership lacks professionalism and critical decision-making skills. They often rely on hearsay and personal opinions rather than facts or employee performance. •High school behavior tolerated: Gossip, cliques, and unprofessional conduct are common and often encouraged or ignored by management. • Toxic work environment: Management and certain employees create friction and tension for those they don’t personally like. Bullying and exclusionary behavior are not addressed. •Unrealistic expectations for new hires: New employees are often thrown into roles without proper training, then judged harshly for not meeting expectations that aren’t clearly communicated. •Lack of accountability: Problems are swept under the rug, and those who raise concerns are often labeled as “difficult” rather than being heard.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. While not every employment relationship is mutually aligned, we recognize that some transitions are necessary for both the individual and the organization. We are continually working to foster a culture rooted in fairness, professionalism, and mutual respect. That includes holding all team members, including leadership, to high standards of integrity and accountability. We also remain focused on providing the training, resources, and clarity needed to support both individual and team success. Every experience, even the challenging ones, contributes to our continued growth. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
