Pros

Very high salary. Base starting at $20k/month. Free meals if you work out of the CEO's apartment. Ability to work remotely.

Cons

There is more happening behind the scenes that employees are not aware of. There is either blatant money laundering going on, or foreign investors are losing money by investing in a CEO who cannot read past a 3rd grade level and makes sudden decisions without any thought. We were allowed to work remotely or out of the CEO's luxury high rise apartment downtown. There is no HR so no one to complain to when Mr. Harris watches inappropriate videos all day as employees work next to him. When it wasn't x-rated videos it was Face-Off, on repeat. The company was paying $40,000/month on Social Media Management to a company that appeared to be trying to push an agenda, while also managing local events that conflicted with the Donk Contest. I stayed longer than I am proud to admit to because of the high pay, but it is not worth it. Mark my words this company will be investigated. The CEO was already under some investigation that we were not allowed to talk about. The cards are falling.

Pros

Laid back work environment with free food and drinks. Unlimited vacation policy.

Cons

Impossible to get work done. The owner of the company took investor money and "invested" it into a ponzi scheme that he thought would return 30% monthly. When the ponzi scheme collapsed and the owner disappeared we were left without getting paid. I had to leave my job.
