      Pros

      I joined a great agency 4 years ago. Friendly,collaborative,creative,smart people. A unique culture of togetherness, mutual trust and respect. Great clients, a successful new business machine. Great,diverse leadership team.

      Cons

      The leadership team were either fired or left when the current team were appointed. Clients and good people left in droves as a consequence.It's now a digital studio built to service two clients. The new leadership pairing are clueless,bullying egotists.

      Pros

      I loved working as an intern at Doner. I was able to learn more about the advertising industry and make lifelong friends. The program is very good and helped me transition into another advertising role full-time. Pay was decent as well.

      Nothing bad to say about internship.
