      A 4 1/2 day work week with a generally friendly work force.

      Cons

      Working here has been a challenging experience. The company struggles with poor working conditions and low employee engagement. There's a lack of support and recognition, which makes it difficult to stay motivated. Additionally, the work environment is terrible, it's dirty, outdated with health and safety a low priority. Overall, it's not a place I would recommend to anyone.

      Pros

      1st shift is bosses and leads looking to keep their job. While they're not at the top of the hill, they're not at the bottom. Guess who is....Many 1st shift have been there forever and act like it. 2nd gets more work done and is less political and smoother.

      Cons

      You work at Doncasters.... Management is Investor's who know nothing about manufacturing. The managers barely know much about running a manufacturing business.
