Good company - Senior Associate Donatech Employee Review

DonaTech made the hiring process pretty easy. They were always there when I called.

I can't think of any cons.

Basically all positive with Donatech. I'm contacted by quite a few recruiters for various positions, but the initial call I received from Donatech's recruiter Eric stood out. He was professional, efficient, and personable. Within a few days of his initial contact he had arranged a face to face interview with the hiring manager. Within a week after that I had an offer- for MORE than the initially generous pay range Eric had quoted. This spoke volumes to me- it hardly ever happens this way! The subsequent "onboarding" process took 24 hours, including drug screen and background check. Again, you hardly ever see this type of efficiency. Throughout the process, and afterwards, Donatech's staff has been friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Whether this contract expires on schedule or gets extended, I will be happy to remain with Donatech for the foreseeable future.

No cons- this has been an extraordinarily smooth process and a very rewarding experience, thanks to Donatech's staff and their client that I am working for.
