The company has been rapidly growing and they have plenty of room for growth opportunities. The company tries to stay engaged with their employees. The compensation is great.

Training- they are trying to improve but they have some work to do when it comes to training the staff.
I think they need to reevaluate how they promote their staff because sometimes they promote individuals that are not qualified.
Health insurance and 401K - they should offer better benefits to their employees. If this was better it would definitely make this company the top one to work at.
