Pros

I enjoyed working at donalda specifically for the location, the private membership & commitment of member's to their health care routine. I was treated well, staff were a wonderful team to work for. Greet communication from above, staff have access to the facilities with some restrictions on timing of course. Decent split, had them raise it across the board to reflect consistent market value.

Cons

RMT room in the basement, windowless, in between the locker rooms. A wellness house further away from the club house was promised for years, but no action was taken while I was there. Dated charting system, but manager was working to get an updated system. Athletic therapist came on board, wasn’t working in basement, which out a damper on morale.

Pros

Free food and free parking

Cons

- don’t accommodate scheduling requests: as a new hire you’re scheduled to close every shift and there’s no set time you’ll end because they close at 10 but members can stay as long as they like - boring: constantly overstaffed because they want to cater to the guests but there’s nothing to do and management disappears into rhe office to hide - kitchen staff yell at you regularly - staff just don’t show up for their scheduled shifts and you need to compensate for it
