Ongoing development: Daily training sessions before the store opens help keep the sales team sharp with updated sales tactics, word tracks, and essential job skills.

Cons

1. Unbalanced work-life: While management does attempt to be more flexible, this is typical for the car sales industry and not unique to Don Davis. 2. Unclear expectations: Management sets very high expectations without providing guidance or support on how to achieve them. These come across more as demands than constructive job expectations. 3. Poor communication and micromanagement: Leadership often falls short in clear communication and tends to micromanage.
