Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

No support from management. They work you to death. Salaries are very low and hours are ridiculous. Management is unreasonable and out of touch, constantly talking about their "glory days" of 20+ years ago. They constantly threaten and berate employees. The work is terrible. Employee morale and engagement is non-existent. The only way you can marginally succeed is to sell your soul to the devil. Horrible, horrible place.

Pros

I have been a contractor for over 20 years with Domus and always had great experience working with their teams. They communicate the deliverables clearly and manage expectations. Fast past and tight turnarounds but that is the nature of the business.

Cons

Time lines are sometimes tight.

Pros

I've been with Domus for the past 9 years. My journey began as an intern and have since advanced to a vice president role at the company – that alone says a lot. 9 years is a long time to remain at the same agency! At Domus, you are treated like a person, not an employee. When you show potential and results, leadership goes above and beyond to feed that potential and provides countless opportunities for continued growth and success. Which they have done for me and I’m extremely grateful. A few highlights are: - Collaborative environment among talented, amazing coworkers; everyone is willing to pitch a hand and support when needed - Many opportunities and pathways to success - Many employees have been here for a long time, are deeply involved in the business - Work environment fosters creativity - Ability to build experience in a variety of areas - Flexible workplace - Regular, open communication with full team at the agency, including executives. Since it’s a smaller business, there is frequent access to leadership, even if in a more junior role - Although the company is currently primarily remote, we do have fun in-person activities periodically to maintain relationships and build camaraderie - Strong, women-owned organization

Cons

You could take this as a positive or negative: you need to be able to keep up and jump in, it is a fast-paced environment, and at times stressful. But on the other hand, there is a very flexible work environment to ensure balance.
