      They pay me, and it might be better than having no job

      Cons

      Blatantly ignore union contract, lack of communication, the training program serves no purpose, it might as well not exist.

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
