      4 on 4 off schedule, 12hr shifts. Good pay and benefits with paid vacation

      Cons

      Toxic management culture and equally bad safety culture. Management only cares to see productivity and get a pat on the back from the higher ups

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
