      Pros

      - Boss leaves me alone to do what I need to do.

      Cons

      - Old technologies years behind companies of the same size. Excel tracking for everything. - Employees with fancy titles who are nothing more than average workers. - Major decisions taken in private without input from employees. - IT pay is low for the Montreal region. - All reactive fixing, no proactive planning.

      Pros

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      Cons

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
