      Pros

      Benefits were competative in the industry. Waco and Delaware facilities are very nice.

      Cons

      Automatic default to a previous acquistion's policies and procedures even if more manual and antiquated. Complete lack of leadership from the Personal Care Divsion.

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
