      Poor leadership for Personal Care division - Analyst Domtar Employee Review

      Pros

      Had flexible schedule, could order discounted diapers, facility was clean

      Cons

      Too many meetings, misinformation from management, poor management in place, once the personal care division was acquired , not much was done to make it feel part of the company, very progressive minded company.

      Pros

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      Cons

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
