      Large multi-industry company should be able to ride out the storms.

      Cons

      Owners culture makes planning/budgeting next to impossible. Systems are archaic and hosted in Indonesia.

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
