Way too top heavy in the management. They expect you to do your job with broken equipment, yet they expect you to work safe. It doesn’t work that way. In order to do your job safely and efficiently you need the proper equipment. HR is a joke, they side with management every time. As does the so called “union” that you pay your dues for every pay check.
