      Pros

      Multi culture working environment, competitive benefit package, fast growing business and very strong background and support from Asia. Good place for new fresh.

      Cons

      - Micromanagement - No morale, very dangerous in long term - Top management is very bureaucratic - Not efficient when making decision - Making decision barely considers the consequential impact - CEO is building his gang and trying to kick out anyone may intimidate his position or anyone not in his gang. Even worse he replaced capable Canadian with his non-local-experience Indians or yes-man from his gang.

      Pros

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      Cons

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
