      Pros

      Benefit package is above standard. Unfortunately i cannot write 20 words since that is the only good thing about paper excellence

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, nothing gets done, managers are afraid to make decision, top management backstab each other to gain power,finger pointing culture instead of working to solve issues. Very toxic work environment.

      Pros

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      Cons

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
