      Pros

      Good Company Focused on Family and Employee's, Very Good Benefits

      Cons

      Has changed since restructure. Had a very bad boss and they seem to protect management. They struggled with focus and kept changing direction which was hard for the next level to get results. They will be going through this again for the next 1-2 years with the new focus, This stuff happens as a company tries to reinvent itself in a very mature market. Focus will continue to shift to personal care.

      Pros

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      Cons

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
