      Promotes from within, opportunities for growth

      Cons

      - Toxic work environment, employees are treated based on personal relationships and not merit. - Pay is HORRIBLE - Regional managers hire friends/relatives which foster an unhealthy work environment. - Training is non-existent for such a large scale company. - The company cannot keep up with its own growth and it’s painfully obvious. - The large turnover rate of employees really speaks for itself

      They lied and mentioned I quit and have proof that I did not

      Cons

      Treat employees not the best how can you tell an employee once they come back to work to apply for any open role and apply for so many even Lower positions willingly to take pay cut and can’t give you a position more than 8 positions.
