      Pros

      Dominium is growing and successful employees have the opportunities to grow alongside the company. Promoting from within is commonplace and there are opportunities for promotion annually. Hard (& smart) work is recognized and rewarded.

      Cons

      Standards for quality and volume are high, but obtainable. Self-driven employees looking to make their mark and contribute to overall success will see promotions quickly as the company grows.

It’s true that Dominium is a fast-paced work environment, and we strive to balance that with professional development and promotional opportunities. In addition in 2023, we have rolled out a much more relaxed dress code policy now allowing variations of different colored jeans in the work place.       They lied and mentioned I quit and have proof that I did not

      Cons

      Treat employees not the best how can you tell an employee once they come back to work to apply for any open role and apply for so many even Lower positions willingly to take pay cut and can’t give you a position more than 8 positions.
