      Dominium is very technologically advanced. They promote from within and are employee friendly. They also promote giving back to your community.

      Cons

      There is a little disconnect between upper management and the employees in the trenches.

      They lied and mentioned I quit and have proof that I did not

      Cons

      Treat employees not the best how can you tell an employee once they come back to work to apply for any open role and apply for so many even Lower positions willingly to take pay cut and can’t give you a position more than 8 positions.
