Extremely toxic environment - Software Developer Dominion Voting Systems Employee Review

The management is biased, arrogant, paranoid and sloppy. There's no general plans, guidelines and mindset and that makes it chaotic to work there at times. Without any notice or explanation, one day things are done in a way and the next day in a different way; one day you are a trusted employee and the next day you're an intruder for no apparent reason. The toxicity is unbearable at times. There is not much room for growth and there's no meaningful knowledge you'd acquire there. Overall, I do not recommend this workplace to anyone in their sane mind.
