Dominion is truly multicultural, with people of many races and backgrounds working together, including at the leadership level. As someone born in Africa, I find it offensive when anyone suggests otherwise. Pointing fingers and avoiding personal accountability is the easy way out. Lending is a demanding field that requires strength of mind and character. It can be challenging at times, but our teams and departments are supportive, highly professional, and operate with the highest ethical standards I have ever seen in any financial institution.
