They will pay their new employees the same as an employee that’s been working there 5-10 years.

That being said, I am sorry to hear about the "unfair compensation". Our compensation teams works diligently to ensure our pay is competitive. I do know that our customer account leaders having been working to boost the expereince of our customer service teams since they play such an important role in the work we do here at Dominion Energy.
