Pros
Was overall a very good company to work for. Health insurance was industry standard (high cost for employee and high deductible), pay was decent, bonuses were offered each year, work/life balance was good, great tuition benefits (up to $7,500 per year!!). I would highly recommend Dominion Energy as long as you don't work for them in West Virginia, but I suppose that isn't an issue anymore seeing as they're selling that portion of the company.
Cons
Management was extremely nepotistic, especially in West Virginia. Any one who was a family member or a friend of the management group (Managers & Director) was guaranteed a job, regardless of their qualifications. Promised multiple people in WV raises but never followed through on the promises and just strung them along. Management/HR will happily let well trained, qualified people leave the company instead of paying them a little more money and then replace them with untrained people, all in the name of saving money. 0/10 do NOT recommend working for Dominion in WV unless they replace the Director in particular. She's incredibly incompetent.
