Pros
Very ethical and truthful company. Great work/life balance. Good benefits, including a retirement plan. Senior management seemed to make good decisions. Co is financially very stable. HQ office was in a good location.
Cons
My department reorganized numerous times during my career. Poor performers were generally tolerated, resulting in an increase workload on the others. There was a perception that management would punish those that challenged them.
