Pros
Almost everyone at DA is kind, supportive and genuinely pleasant. It's a supportive work environment and the students are great. It's a small school with a big heart.
Cons
Organization is severely lacking. Being a staff member here is chaotic. You are expected to take on multiple roles and are not compensated adequately. Leadership can be very emotional and not driven by data or reasonable expectations. A very mercurial work environment where you will be doing 5x as much as you signed on for. Employees do not have current contracts and there is no formalized process for evaluation, raises, growth, etc.
