      Pros

      Fantastic opportunities to build an appliance engineering career, without a need for prior experience. A can do attitude and hard work is rewarded. Strong and approachable leadership. Brilliant training and support.

      Cons

      The majority of the team are based remotely (because of the nature of the business) which means we don't often all get together as one team. That said, an Annual Conference and our Christmas party does help with this, along with great internal communications.

      No pros at all no words

      Cons

      More and more work load no payment accordingly. Required to work 50-60 hours a week without anykind of sympathy or overtime.Need to pay for training cost if you want to leave the company even after you r exploited and overworked. Government should have look at records of thos company

      Pros

      Really enjoying my role at Domex. Progressive, positive and really does look after their people. We do work hard, yes, But it is rewarding. The people I work with have become good friends

      Cons

      We used to be in Wimbledon which was really convenient for me . The office moved to Epsom, which was less convenient .
