      Start off by treating you like family then soon start belittling you You are over worked & under paid Management is appalling They just Chuck you in the deep end

      Cons

      More and more work load no payment accordingly. Required to work 50-60 hours a week without anykind of sympathy or overtime.Need to pay for training cost if you want to leave the company even after you r exploited and overworked. Government should have look at records of thos company

      Pros

      Really enjoying my role at Domex. Progressive, positive and really does look after their people. We do work hard, yes, But it is rewarding. The people I work with have become good friends

      Cons

      We used to be in Wimbledon which was really convenient for me . The office moved to Epsom, which was less convenient .
