- impossible standards, even capable employees are impossibly over scheduled, causing extreme burnout. - multiple employees have gone on stress leave since the merger. - management expects instant results from ICs when moving onto new projects they have never worked on before. - so many projects are undersold and the IC is blamed when projects fail. - no time or budget is allocated to upgrade existing employee skillsets. - morale is awful, so many client-facing employees are miserable.
