The team at Domain Systems, Inc. is absolutely amazing! Though most of the company works remotely I have never felt alone in the office. Everyone is professional and the amount of knowledge they have is astounding. There is a collaborative work culture where everyone is willing to share their experience to work as a team. Communication is a priority, and issues are resolved early and quickly. I worked closely with Marylin, who has vast knowledge of administration and everything about Domain Systems. She has been an incredible mentor to me. I feel fortunate to work for a company that cares about their employees and treats them with respect.

- Fast and Stimulating: The manufacturing clients that Domain consults with are always seeking new, more efficient ways of making products. It's a race, and if you want to provide competent support to those running the race, you must keep learning. - "Work Smart": Domain uses some pretty advanced automation, data management, and deep insight tools that free me from tedious, repetitive tasks and give a clear picture of the company's health, as well as clients and the industry. This has been so, so important to the decisions that I, and my colleagues make. - Usuals: Remote work, excellent medical/dental/vision, retirement + employer matching, various retail memberships, generous compensation, wide family obligation flexibility. - Incredible Opportunities: I've been able to meet some of the most accomplished, influential, and interesting people alive--executives in Fortune 500 companies, TED speakers, CERN engineers, authors, and once, even my favorite Vulcan from the Star Trek franchise.

- Fast and Getting Faster: This line of work is not for everyone. I wish I could say, "anyone can do this job", but it's just not true. The fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to high-pressure situations. - There can be a steep learning curve for those unfamiliar with the supply chain, product lifecycle management (both as software, and as strategy), and manufacturing processes. It's not impossible--I, and several others, began this way. But it can feel overwhelming for a while.
