Coworkers are some of the nicest people I've ever met, and very easy to engage with, both on a professional and personable level. Domain leadership knows how to pick the best and brightest.
The capacity to learn on the job is very high, and your colleagues will be there to help you when you need. Lots of growth potential and your managers will notice and commend you as you go along.
The company culture is one of the strongest & most genuine. Upper-level management at other companies will try to push an image, but do an about-face behind closed doors. Rashaad, Michelle and the rest of the management team are honest with their kindness and compassion for their employees and truly wish the best for each of them.
Cons
The workload can be overbearing at times. Given that it is a small business, you can find yourself asking if the company is in over its head from time to time.
Hours can be long depending on the time of year.
From time to time, communication between employees and upper management can be difficult to esatblish.
